HOW SUPPLY CHAIN WORKS
When clothing is thrown out, it is sent to landfill in countries in ASIA, mostly china. Then within china it is processed in huge rag houses where they will go through and organize the clothes into, mens trousers, womens trousers etc, which is of no use to us. Then from china the clothing is bought by sorting houses often in india, pakistan and thailand. Here it is sorted again from mens trousers into different categories such as, carhartt dickies trousers, ralph lauren trousers, branded joggers etc. this is then bought by wholesalers in the uk which is then sold to individual sellers in the uk. Most wholesalers all buy from the same rag houses meaning most of the wholesalers offer the same stock with just different branding. That is where we differ as we are partnered with a rag house in india allowing the group to access more exclusive stock instead of the regular/average stock that other sellers are buying.
