GRADING GUIDE

Please be aware that all our items are of a used, worn, or preloved nature, and it is not uncommon to encounter occasional small issues. We strive to maintain high standards of quality, but please understand that such imperfections are common throughout the industry. We believe in transparency, and we will always do our best to provide accurate descriptions of each item's condition. Please follow our grading guide carefully.

Wash the items upon delivery to remove odours, as we do not do this ourselves. Please note: if items are damaged or altered during the washing process, we cannot be held responsible for this. To prevent any such mishaps, we recommend following the care instructions. If necessary, debobble and lint roll the items to remove small fibres. This will restore your item to as original condition as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

We prioritise prompt processing and dispatch of all orders within 48 hours of receiving.

Order Dispatch Notification:
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email notification. Tracking information will be provided shortly thereafter. The notification process may vary based on the destination country. Tracking Information: Tracking information will be available upon dispatch, enabling you to track your order's progress until delivery.

Shipping Methods:
UK & NI: We offer fully tracked & signed Parcelforce Next-Day delivery.
EUROPEAN: We provide fully trackable 5-7 day delivery via Parcelforce and your country's local courier service.
WORLDWIDE: We offer fully trackable 7-10 day delivery through FedEx, DHL, DPD, or UPS.

Import Duty Charges:
It's essential to note that in some countries, import duty charges may still apply when your items enter your country. Unfortunately, we can not prevent or assume liability for these charges. As customs policies vary by country, we strongly advise checking with your local Border Force before making a purchase to anticipate any potential charges. Failure to settle these charges may result in the parcel being returned to us, and please be aware that we reserve the right to withhold a credit note if these charges are not resolved.

When you make a purchase from S2R you agree to the following terms.

Product Description Review:
We urge you to carefully review the product description before finalising your purchase. This ensures that you have a comprehensive understanding of the item you are acquiring and its estimated dispatch date range.

Please note that S2R exclusively serves businesses. As a result, all transactions with us are considered business-to-business (B2B) and are exempt from consumer law.

Returns/ Refund Policy:
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from S2R. If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the guidelines below.

Grading Variance:
Given the nature of our products, which includes used and worn items, there may be a grading variance of 10%. We recommend laundering items to maximise their selling potential. This is industry standard and a well known practice.

Authorisation Requirement:
All returns must be authorised at our discretion. We do not offer refunds; instead, we provide credit notes for returned items. To initiate a return, your order must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Request Period:
You must submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process:
Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, you will receive a credit note for use on our online store.
